Wow, wow, wow!!!! Such a great experience earlier this year, my permanent retainer was falling off and I had to get it removed because it was interfering with my bite. They got me in within a few days and didn’t charge me for the removal! Very friendly staff and painless experience. Would definitely recommend for anyone in the area.
I’m at the beginning of my braces journey and was pleasantly surprised at the overall experience at the Hancock location! Very friendly and caring. Also, so very nice to be able to get quality care here in Hancock!
We have had a great experience at this orthodontic clinic. The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The orthodontist takes the time to explain everything clearly and answered all questions without rushing. Appointments run on time, and the entire team is patient and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality and compassionate orthodontic care.
I love this ortho office. The two doctors have a great rapport with my children and I really like that they used an expander first and then have been watching for a few YEARS to see if they will need braces or not once their permanent molars come in. They want to do things once and aren’t rushing into things.
I have had 2 young children treated here and they were so well taken care of! No hidden fees, or unnecessary work! Friendly staff and inviting office!
