I bought $18k worth of composite decking and railing at the master halco Tyler location. I have been dealing with 8 post caps that are a mismatched color for 8 weeks. Master halco Tyler has refused to replace my caps turning what should have been a minor issue into a big issue

These guys are super helpful and are just killing it on customer service!! Needed 1 99" piece of pipe to fix a fence a tree had fallen on. The black man walked me around so we could have a look at everything offered then he gave me the piece of pipe. Yes you read that right, we found it in the scrap pile so he said just take it, I was so not expecting that, but that is customer service at its finest!!! Thank you guys, your kindness didn't go unnoticed!
