These guys are super helpful and are just killing it on customer service!! Needed 1 99" piece of pipe to fix a fence a tree had fallen on. The black man walked me around so we could have a look at everything offered then he gave me the piece of pipe. Yes you read that right, we found it in the scrap pile so he said just take it, I was so not expecting that, but that is customer service at its finest!!! Thank you guys, your kindness didn't go unnoticed!
Pedro worked with me very well on the price, I am thankful for that! Just a heads up tho they will not accept over the phone payments, nor will they accept cash! That is the only reason for the 4☆'s
Was referred here by my gate opener's service center. Had called the prior Friday - yes they had my part. Gave me an out the door price, but would be closed before I could make the 1 1/2 hour drive there. The following week I made the drive and was told once I got there that they 'wholesale only'. But they 'obliged' me by selling it to me - for what ended up being about 10% over their phone quote (10% over retail). Should have bought online and saved $$$ and the 3 hour trip.
