After trying to replace my starter on a ford I got frustrated and started calling some local auto repair places. First one, a guy I know, told me since I had the starter, I bought new for \$99.00, he would just charge me labor. He looked it up and on my model it showed .6 hours thats less than an hour and hed charge me \$125.00. Plus I would have to have it towed for around 50 bucks. Paid \$530 for 4 new tires. It took them 2hrs to do the job. When i picked my vehicle up, I was told that a couple of my rims had corrosion and I should keep an eye on them for leaks! Hmm, in my book that would require notifying the vehicle owner before they put the tires on! And the story goes on... I drove home only to find that when I got there, one of the tires had deflated to about half. To shorten this up, I had to fill the tire and drive back to the shop for it to be checked.
