I called this salon around 1:30pm to book an appointment for 2 pedicures. One for me and one for my friend. I specifically asked if they had space so both of us could go together at the same time and they assured me yes. Well when we get there, there are only two private chairs and one is already filled. So she took only my friend and left me sitting there waiting for almost an hour. What kind of customer service is that?
