Dropped off pants to be starched and pressed. Was told I could pick them up Friday. Got busy and had to wait until the following Monday to pick up pants. When I arrived on Monday I was promptly charged for the service and then after being charged I was told that my pants were not ready and they had no timeframe on when they would be complete. No phone call or notification that pants wouldn’t be ready on date given. No compensation or refund offered. Would not recommend using as you may be left without your clothing.

I arrived a few minutes after closing time. I knocked on the door and was allowed to get my items without any sense of inconvenience from the clerk. They also had an after hours drop off when I dropped my suit there. Very accommodating. It's a 45 min drive from my home so I was grateful for good service.
