Saved our family vacation! Jamie's Automotive was a lifesaver when our Sienna developed a loud engine clicking noise during our trip to Maggie Valley. Jamie tackled the complex repair in that tight engine compartment and worked past 10pm to get us back on the road the same day! He even shuttled my family around when we were stranded without transportation (no rentals or rideshares available in the area). Jamie’s was great! We had an engine problem on I-40 and couldn’t continue. Our insurance company had the car towed to Jamie’s Automotive around 6pm. They diagnosed it, got parts and installed them before leaving. This was after closing time! The owner delivered our car to the motel, 2 miles away, on his way home! Super service. We made it home with no problems today. Reliably repaired.
Absolutely saved us! We were halfway home from a vacation in gaitlinburg, hours from home, when our check engine light started flashing. Not only were they still open at 7 on a holiday weekend, but they were able to diagnose and fix our coil pack and get us back on the road within 30 minutes! Thank yall!
