Have used this company since the 70's.Have had nothing but the highest professional service.Like most companies now, they have a service charge as a base. The work and materials are on the top of that. Plumbers and electricians do the same thing.When I needed a replacement got more than 1 bid and his was the best.
Don't use this company!!! Tried to charge me a $60 service call but didn't bother to tell me about it when I booked the appointment. Their tech is really just a sales person trying to push people to buy new air conditioners. He didn't even identify that I have an obvious problem with my duct work. Stay away!!
