I was visiting NYC from Texas and had to come in for an emergency root canal. Dr Lee and her team were able to get me in the same day and get me taken care of. They were AMAZING!! I was in so much pain, but after she did my root canal I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip with no pain. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lee!
I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Lee. She has great bedside manner and really spends time patiently answering all questions and really educating you on her treatment plan. She takes conservative measures and was able to help me avoid a root canal, which I am so grateful for! She even followed up personally to see how I felt after the procedure and is always available to speak with directly if I have any questions. I’ve never had such a positive experience with a dentist before, I highly recommend!
Dr Lee and her team were incredibly supportive when I needed a root canal. They were able to fit me in quickly and were communicative about insurance coverage. The root canal appointment itself was stress-free, I almost fell asleep!
My visits with Dr. Lee were exceptional. What a friendly, knowledgeable, extraordinary bedside mannered doctor to have! Root canals can be daunting and are obviously very fragile and vulnerable dental / mouth work to be done, I believe Dr. Lee understands and translates that into the exceptional work that got done; including educating and providing any follow up details needed to make important decisions about my own dental care and long term needs. I loved the fact that Dr. Lee presented me with options of what we could do to solve my problem. She was patient and thorough in her explanation. Any time I write to her with questions I get prompt responses.Totally would recommend her services.
