Dr. Erwin is just about the most personable and approachable doctor that has ever cared for me. Even if she has been extremely busy with deliveries or other emergencies, she is thorough, caring, and always cares for you with a smile on her face. She is empathic, responsive to messages, and practices evidence-based medicine. I had full trust in her during the delivery of two of my children, and will continue to see her for my gyn care. I do recommend booking well visits ahead of time because she is popular and booked out!

I went to Dr. Erwin for an IUD removal and I had one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. I opted for paying extra for the nitrous oxide since they DO NOT offer any other sort of pain management. I told Dr. Erwin that my IUD was difficult to remove and other providers have already tried. I asked for pain management and was denied. DO NOT go here if you expect pain management to be taken seriously.

I have personally never interacted with Dr. Erwin, just her NP which was ok, not great. Like many others, I had problems with the front office staff and they were neither pleasant nor willing to resolve the issue. I would recommend just going somewhere else and not wasting your time

I never got to personally meet Dr. Erwin so I cannot saying anything about her, but the office manager was extremely rude when I asked a couple questions about billing and insurance. There was miscommunication with my insurance and I was confused on what I was actually billed for because it was an expensive bill, so I called for clarification. I love Dr Erwin! She is amazing! Highly recommend her to anyone. She is kind, gentle and very patient. She delivered my daughter and still is my gynecologist. She is great and her staff is as well! I'd give her 10 stars rather than 5 honestly.
