Jamie scott is great and respectful but the ladies in the office are lacking to say the least. My name is tyler and i am 27 yrs old and on my last scheduled appointment i checked in with the lady at the front desk. I was unexpectedly told my masshealth had expired. I asked if i could still see my doctor but she told me "i dont know" i then asked how much it would be if i could pay her out of pocket. Again, she replies "i don't know". Jamie Scott is the most caring and compassionate person I have ever met. We recently lost my 81 year old father, who Jamie had as a patient. She convinced a man who has been terrified of needles his entire life, to get blood work instantly without a fight. She is truly one of the most incredible people I have ever met in my entire life. When she says she treats every patient life family, she really is not joking at all. We feel so lucky to have her take such wo derful care of my father and always checked up on him. 🥹🥰
