I got my first car under Jamie’s care 20 years ago. Jamie is kind, efficient, hard working and committed to his role. Really could not ask for a better person to facilitate my care with State Farm, he treats you like family and helps you take care of your family. If State Farm has an award for MVP, it’s Jamie Rigby.
I've used Jamie for many years. Either him or his staff is always available to answer the phone and help me in any way they can. Jamie is the soul reason I do business with state farm. If I had to call a 1-800 number I probably wouldn't. If your not using Jamie as of yet, do it you won't be disappointed... Bringing back old school business practices and the personal relationships that come with it.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
No question about it, Jamie is on top of his game. Checked in on me about a home owner insurance premium, that should have been taken care of two weeks prior. I called the bank to inquire, they checked their records, despite sharing with me they reflected it as paid, they checked into it, and it wasn’t processed.
