Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Neither Tiffany or Jamie do want their supposed to do or know what their talking about. Instead they make you, the customer, do the work for them. They don't listen to you or return your calls...ever. They will screw your billing up and you will end up paying big for it. My advice to you is go with AAA - they are cheaper for Michigan and you get better customer service.

The worse customer service, not helpful, I have been with them since 2008 and because I cancel our business insurance and 10 years term insurance she also want me to cancel my auto insurance. Every time I follow-up if they cancel my business and life insurance Laura always says "you want to cancel all your coverage" I wasn't going to cancel my policies with them since I have been with them for 5 years. She push me to cancel my policy. I would not recommend this agency to any of my family o friends. Worse bad customer service... read more
