Front desk lady not nice. Failed to let me know drop in does not have access to sauna or steam room at first unless your part of upper tier membership. When I lead with wanting to use this amenitiy.
I don’t appreciate how my 6 year old brother was treated on his first swimming lesson. my brother is neurodivergent and dont have the same understanding as other children here, I took my brother here for his first swimming lesson and he was so excited to get in the pool.
