Absolutely the worst experience I ever ever had with an oncologist today. My oncologist left the practice so I unfortunately was changed to this woman. She spent 4 min with me, however within those 4 min she was able to insult me & made me feel like I did something wrong because I had switched doctors a few times. She was very passive aggressive. I have been going to Dr Rigden for four and half years. She is an amazing Dr that takes the time to listen to your concerns and explain things to where you can understand.
I, also, wouldn’t send my worst enemy to her. She has been nothing but short & rude to me…& never wanted to listen to any of my concerns or really explain anything to me. Then when I was having so much pain from the type of chemo I was getting & my chemo nurse tried talking to her about giving me something for the pain she refused to let me have my chemo treatment. She completely stopped treating me & wouldn’t even come talk to me! I am a 40 year old mother with 2 little kids & have been left without an oncologist or treatme... read more
I have been seeing Dr. Rigden for chronic anemia for several years. She is always very thorough and answers any questions I might have. Most of all she listens and together we a have come up with a treatment and maintenance plan that works!
