Jamie made a home visit to help me prepare before surgery. She helped me practice stairs, use crutches and taught me exercises to increase my mobility. I was less nervous and so grateful for the hands on help and teaching.
Jamie Nelson was a true lifesaver and the most incredible resource after my ACL surgery! As a 38-year-old mother of two, tearing an ACL skiing was less than ideal. Although my insurance covered the surgery and physical therapy afterwards, I was left feeling unsure of my progress, particularly in the first critical months.
