Dr. Messina utilizes a whole-body awareness along with chiropractic adjustments ie. deep stretch, targeted massage, focused movement to maximize each adjustment as needed. I find his approach to chiropractic care to be holistic and truly effective in pain relief and maintenance. Highly recommend.
