I am about at the end of my last nerve. I need pelvic floor pt. And for some reason I can't get anyone to do the simplest of things. All I need is the diagnosis added to the PT order. Why is this taking weeks to pick up the ball?
The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable but I can't help to notice that everyone there seems extremely busy. During appts I feel like their mind is on a million other tasks they have on their plate. I feel rushed during appts. Recently I called to make an appointment and wasn't able to talk to anyone. I left a voicemail requesting a call back for a appt but 3 days went by with no return call. I called back today and again had to leave a voicemail. I had a really good experience when I first started visiting Dr Bartley, but my recent visit was pretty bad. Nobody at the office I had been a patient at for about two years had any idea who I was and asked me twice to fill out new patient paperwork. I waited 20-30 minutes for her to come in the exam room only to not know me or remember any of my medical history.
