Very poor provider. Only attended two visits, because she consistently double booked me then notified me at the last minute. The very last visit I had scheduled she double booked and did not even contact me so I sat outside of her office for 15 minutes before I realized she wasn’t available for my appointment. She claimed she tried to text me even though we had NEVER communicated via text.
