I just have to leave another review to share a recent experience. I just need to state how thankful I truly am to Dr. Qualls. My Dad went to see her due to severe pain in abdomen on the side where his heart is. He was already cleared that it wasn’t his heart by McLaren ER a month prior. She had him get checked to see if it was his gallbladder. It was his gallbladder and it’s severely infected to the point he had to go straight to ER for emergency surgery. Horrible office !!! Claim to care about health but only if they're making money off you! Dropped me as a patient because I don't go often enough. Hope they all take long walks off short piers
I have been a patient of Dr Qualls for over 3 years and I have never had a bad experience. She shows she cares and takes my health concerns serious (never felt blown off). I will also say that the staff is always friendly as well. Overall I am happy that I had switched to her office/care.
