I have been a patient of Dr Qualls for over 3 years and I have never had a bad experience. She shows she cares and takes my health concerns serious (never felt blown off). I will also say that the staff is always friendly as well. Overall I am happy that I had switched to her office/care.
Dr Qualls has been amazing. She listens and really works with me to get to solutions. She had researched new options and changed her opinions based on updated information when treating me. She is kind, empathetic, and supportive but also delivers the information one needs to know without trying to sugarcoat it. The office staff has been very good about following up on requests. I seen a review saying the staff rude and it takes months to be seen. This is not true at all. The staff is always so so sweet and smiling and they all have great personalities. I love that this office is always in a great mood and eager to help in any way they can. I just hate to see reviews that are not true at all.
