Very rude experience with the receptionist Lori, told they’re not accepting new patients and appointments are being made 6 months out for an annual physical with a condescending tone. Website lets me schedule an appointment for September 17, and UHC app says they are accepting new patients so get your messaging correct. Feel like I dodged a bullet if that’s how they treat people.
Dr Kantola asked good questions and listened to my answers. She seemed very thorough and thoughtful.
I was a little hesitant being it my first time visiting the Olivet branch. MD Kantola eased my anxiety with a great bedside manner. Very easy to talk with and very understanding of my situation. I would recommend this branch and MD Kantola to anyone who was looking for a medical professional.
Visit with the doctor was good. Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time
