When we checked in, my husband and I were the only patients, so it wasn't like they were busy. There were just sitting with no other patients. Jamie (the optometrist) simply rushed us during our eye check up. Firstly, she/her staff forced me and my husband in doing an eye test that is not covered by insurance, she did not even bother to explain what she was doing, why she was doing it. Great experience. Very knowledgeable, personable provider and friendly staff.
First visit here. They were friendly and greeted me right away. Friendly and professional office staff. What makes this place different because I haven't seen it in a while is that they used an Optimap instead of dialation which added to the cost. It was worth it and a lot of their systems are more advanced than a lot of places in the past. Dr. Jamie was friendly and addressed a lot of the concerns I had. I liked the experience.
Dr. Yee was so incredibly helpful! I've been wearing glasses for 25 years and contacts for 18 years, so I've seen my share of eye doctors. I have constantly had dry eyes and all of the other doctors I have seen simply recommended using eye drops as needed and that was it. However, Dr. Yee listened to my explanation, and then examined different parts of my eyes that had never been examined before.
