They screwed up terribly with ordering my wedding veil. I chose a veil I liked from their selection, but it was ivory, so we had to order it in white. They FORGOT to pay for the order! I had to keep calling them and checking. They finally did it after asking about it for months. When it finally came in, it was wrong. The material felt much cheaper, and it was too short. we stopped in today looking for prom dresses for my daughter and her best friend. Although we didn't find anything to suit the girls, I can't praise the two ladies who waited on us enough. we had gone up and down Benson street and was barely acknowledged whereas here, we were greeted openly and warmly. the girls were crazy over the attentiion they were given. Thank you ladies.

Please do not cause yourself unnecessary worrying. DO NOT shop here. Our bridesmaids dresses came in weeks later than promised. I had to reschedule my alterations appointment which wasn't easy. The woman that works in the shop (or hole in the wall) is so RUDE!! Worst customer service ever. You might save a few bucks but it's not worth it!

I went into this shop because they had a shoe sale sign. When I walked in I spotted the most beautiful wedding dress and knew it had to be mine. The associates of this store are wonderful I never had any issues and they were always willing to help. I did not buy any shoes, but I did indeed buy my wedding dress for them and it is absolutely gorgeous. I have told a lot of people about this boutique. Keep up the good work ladies!
