Called the office July 2024 for someone to check out the a/c unit, and spoke to office admin. She said guys are busy and someone will call back on a Wed. No one did. Called back Thursday and left message. No reply to the message. Monday called again and spoke to office admin. She said yes they have the message and someone will be by in the afternoon. Either Brett or Rodney showed up on my back porch, unannounced and without an appointment. I explained it was not a good time and asked him to leave. He refused and tried to coerce me over and over to let him in my home while I kept asking him to leave the property. This went on for at least 10 minutes while he stood over me menacingly as I sat, trying to continue the work on my laptop I explained to him I needed to complete before my 4-year-old daughter came home off the bus in minutes.
