I've always appreciated Ryan and his team being very polite and helpful during the sales process. Also, Ryan was always responsive. But that's where it stopped. When you have a claim with Country Financial, it becomes an obtuse, nightmarish runaround for getting things resolved, from the access to the payment. I have everything with Country Financial, house, cars, campers, umbrella.
