They are transparent with you- they diagnose, call you, then go ahead with the service. Many times they have fixed small things for me free of charge- they look after you and they genuinely care for you and your car. Would highly recommend 👏
Last week I had a new battery installed in our Amarok. As I was leaving Battery World Bendigo I noticed warning lights on dash board and was informed they should clear in next couple of days and if not come back. Today I went back and they could not get their diagnostic scan working and recommended I go to Jamie Hackett. A phone call ahead and Callum at Jamie Hacket gave my car immediate attention on arrival. I cannot recommend Jamie Hackett Motors highly enough. Last Monday I had car issues during a long trip back to Lorne from NSW. A mobile mechanic contacted Jamie and sent me his way - I was extremely stressed with a dog in the car and had to get back to Lorne that evening.
