After a recent car accident, I have still not been contacted by Jamie. I regret ever changing our agent almost 10 years ago for the horrible "customer service" that I am experiencing. We are definitely switching to an insurance company that does take care of their customers, since apparently State Farm no longer does! I feel that the service I received at Jamie Felix's State Farm office was superior! All of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they always go above and beyond what I expected. They took care of paperwork for me and answered all my questions. I would recommend this agency to all my friends and the community!
