I had a bad experience at this office & was very dissatisfied with how they handled my father's situation. My father went to the ER twice due to pain, but never received a call from Dr. Ellis or staff to follow up. Instead, I had to reach out to the office multiple times on different occasions. Left multiple messages for Dr. Ellis or her care team to return our call with our concerns regarding ER visits & results of images. To this day still no callback.
