Ms.Katie was so informative and helpful. I’d definitely recommend her and Jamie eagle branch over all!!
Communicating with this branch is practically impossible. I have been dealing with a simple matter regarding updates to my home insurance and it has taken months! They have either briefly briefly spoken with me via text or phone for me to submit documents needed then radio silence. I get No answer, No call back, or (the ONE time someone answered) they could not help because basic client information is not available to other office members(?)..
