I needed help for stomach pain that I had been struggling with since I was 16 (28 now) every Dr. that I saw was quick to excuse my CONSTANT pain on IBS. Not even bothering to suggest diet changes or possible environmental or lifestyle culprits. Dr. Coughlan was able to pinpoint the cause of my irritation (food intolerance). I am now on a diet that agrees with me and a bonus is my skin has cleared up after years of acne. Only downfall is I get the VM when I call but her staff is good to call back
I have been seeing Dr. Coughlan since 2012. I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and was struggling to get everything under control for a couple of years. I went through lots of horrible doctors and after working with Dr. Coughlan, my health has improved dramatically. Her honesty and treatment plan had me up, active and feeling energetic. Also, her supplement recommendation wasn't excessive like previous doctors and easily fit into my lifestyle.
No, she is a major reason that I am no longer continuing with treatment for Lyme Disease. She broke my trust in her and in doctors. I am house bound, bed ridden and trapped in my body and she has her hand in this.
