Worst GY ever. She didn’t give any useful solution or opinion. My appointment was at 11:30am, which I have confirmed twice with them a week before my appointment. On the day, the office called me at 10:30am and said I need to arrive earlier cuz the dr has surgery at 12:00pm. I lived far so it takes me at least 40min to arrive and the nurse said my appointment was at 11:13am. Obviously, they moved my time slot and who the h will schedule an appointment at 13? My wife waited 2hours to see the doctor after her appointment time. Many people were called that arrived after my wife to see the doctor before my wife. Then when called up 2 hours later they could not see her because of high risk. Isn't this something that they should have known is the preliminary questionnaire. smh horrible services and procedures. I am not happy at all with this place. Poor quality communication. Do Not Go Here!
