I needed to find another doctor because of a change of insurance. I have heard great things about Dr. Burrows and she came highly recommended by an acquaintance. Sadly, I made no less than 6 phone calls and have left voice mails with none of my calls being returned. I made an appt. on line and did receive a call to let me know she couldn't receive new patients on that day and was scheduled for another. Dr Burrows was extremely thorough about my upcoming procedure as well as answering questions I had. I’m thinking of making her my new dr for my annuals. I also reside 45 miles away.
I had to do the test all over again but she was very nice but did not spend not much time with me this time she was in and out I had to do an early appointment and I do not do early appointments I do afternoon appointments I was waiting in a waiting room longer than what she had to do with me she took 5 minutes with me to do a test and I was gone but she is very nice I like her hopefully I get my test results back in the hospital did not lose it again it was a lab small not hers
