I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with Dr Walters today. I went to her seeking help for severe acid reflux symptoms, including constant burping, throat irritation, chest and back discomfort. These symptoms have significantly affected my daily life, and I've even had to visit the emergency room in the past because of them. Difficulty breathing is one of the more alarming symptoms of acid reflux and GERD. Dr. Walters is an outstanding doctor. She always explains things very well and is on point with treatment options. She is kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. Also takes time to hear any concerns, worries and problems that I have with my gut health.
I highly recommend Dr. Walters. She listens to you and explains treatment options well. No long waits at the office either.
