Dr Jamie Walters is very easy to talk to. She listens carefully and then clearly explains her diagnosis and treatment plan. She takes the time to answer all of my questions . In addition, she gives encouragement and reassurance . In short, just an excellent physician and care provider who has been very helpful to me with regard to my digestive issues.
The doctor and her staff listen to questions and concerns; then, give answers and support that is helpful, well explained and shows empathy.
Dr Walters listened intently, helped me develop a plan and caused me to relax. I felt she really understood my concerns and took them seriously. I was extremely comfortable with her.
