Went in for a specific complaint, which included nausea. From the front desk office staff, to Dr. Poliskey, I felt the care I received was subpar at best. After explaining my reason for visiting at the front desk, the girl replied "oh...I'm not sure they'll want to see you tonight." This is a medical facility open to the public, no one should be told the doctors "might not want to see them" because they would rather go home. My brother went in for a broken finger. It needed to be set, so Dr. Poliskey set it but then didn't take another x-ray after. The hand surgeon went a week thinking he needed surgery and when we went to the hand surgeon they re-x-rayed him and he ended up just needing to tape it to the other finger for 6 weeks. He wasn't careful enough to redo the x-ray after he put the bone in place which as a essential step. He wasn't very personable and my brother felt he rushed through the care he was given.
This Doctor is a "Must have." Him and his team are the real deal. Caring and Honest. They know your life is important to them, as professionals. Your success in health is assured with Dr. P and his team.
Knew what he was doing, made sense of what he was talking about and did the work in a timely manner.
