I had a wonderful experience with Jami Reissig, PA-C, and I truly appreciate the care and attention she gave me. From the moment I met her, I felt that she genuinely listened to my concerns and took the time to understand what I was going through. I have had a hard time getting info from this office. I didn’t find out about the location of my surgery until a day or so beforehand. Since I had made visits at the Baylor Plano office, I had assumed the surgery would happen in that hospital. Location is very important for the elderly who try not to drive far. The surgery part has been very good, but seem to have quite a few instructions without having a ny instructions on “How To”. The staff is very friendly and helpful (once you call to check on something)

Kathy was worked in on Christmas eve because her PCP was out. She received a high level of from being seen, examined. X-rayed to determine the treatment that would be administered. Getting the appointment was not as easy as normally because of patient volume and short on staff but Kathy was made to feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you
