Kathy was worked in on Christmas eve because her PCP was out. She received a high level of from being seen, examined. X-rayed to determine the treatment that would be administered. Getting the appointment was not as easy as normally because of patient volume and short on staff but Kathy was made to feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you
