If I didn’t have to, I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. I pay my life insurance and car insurance every month at the same time. I just spoke to them less than a week ago about adding a vehicle to my insurance. A week later I get a cancelation notice in the mail. No phone calls. No letters in the mail. I realize this is only one agent. But I will never use State Farm again. If you’re looking for insurance, do not use State Farm.
All I can say is 5 stars! Jamey Ballard State Farm Agent in West Point Mississippi handled our claim fast and with no hassle. Anna and Jackie are the absolute best! Highly Recommend!
