I bought a set of springs and after 1 month the coils were touching each other . The workshop said the springs have failed and I tried communicating with Keith who is "all knowing about springs " he said there is nothing wrong with them and refused to take them back. He backed up his theory saying "his springs never fail and he has been doing it for 30 years ". So be careful and be informed as since his springs "never fail" you will never get your money back.
