Unfortunately I can’t speak to the quality of care as they’ve cancelled my appointment with 24 hours’ notice. If I had cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment they would have charged me a $50 fee (which they made very clear in the several contracts I had to sign), but they’re free to cancel on me whenever they like and I’m just out of luck. Phenomenal! Takes a wide variety of insurances. Clean facility, excellent patient care. Meticulous and timely x-ray screenings and fluoride cleaning. All staff were knowledgeable and provided exceptional provider to patient education on treatment and future treatment plans. Due to low staff, there can be long wait times, however the amount of personalized care eliminates any anxiety/fear when it comes to dental care. Best dental treatment I ever received in my life! Highly recommend!
They didn't tell me what is covered or not thru insurance before they finished the process, then they would say it was not covered and need to pay out-of-pocket. Not transparent.
