Very poor management. Grounds poorly kept, street lights that do not work, very weak maintenance staff, very old and dirty laundry facilities. I was out walking this summer and overheard a plumbing contractor checking the fire hydrants say "thank God there wasn't a fire, none of these hydrants work". Really lousy place to live.
Jamestown Village is a quiet and clean community. It was a great place to live and the staff is great!
