The Dr was very rude and made me feel bad about myself
Good caring people. It is nice to have a private room vs one big crowded room I had before moving to this area. A few things that would make the experience better: 1. Please use one needle for the blood draw and the drugs. They did that where I came from. Sad that I need 2x needle holes here. 2. Enter appointments into online portal so they show on the mobile phone app like appointments made at the mother ship in Buffalo. 3. Husband saw Dr Garby; reported struggling w/major depression in several spots on intake pw; when DG asked him about it, DG undermined his mental health, laughing at him when H explained depression is caused by dire financial situation & being my FT caretaker, as Im wheelchair bound, w/many issues H manages alone w/his own disabilities, which leads to his selfneglect.
