Goyderline Medical is a fantastic county medical clinic. From the kind friendly receptionist who go out of their way to assist you. The Health nurse consultants are caring and very efficient. The Doctors are caring, kind and listen. I have personally experienced the doctors concern and consideration in my own medical treatments. I am so grateful to live in a country town with a great medical surgery and a fantastic caring staff.

Used to be a good medical centre over the last 18months have severly gone down hill. Several times have paid money towards my account to be hassled saying nothing was paid. The balance never went down no receipt given when paid in person. Despite paying towards my account which isn't much they cancelled my appointment for mental health medication thus leaving me without it until I pay in full. What was once a brilliant doctors is now full of rude people who don't actually care for patients and only worry about money. My son ... read more

A simple phone call and all I got was attitude.Maybe change certain receptionists.Preferably one's that have some respect and listening skills.Disgusted.
