This is the best place to live! I love the manager; she is super nice and friendly, always available to address any concerns or maintenance requests promptly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home!
I know people who live here and this place has really improved. The new manager has done a great job and is really friendly too! It is a HUD property so you have to be eligible to live there. The staff will help you with all of your paperwork so no trouble there!
Very old and outdated apts. Laundry facility very dirty. Good location if you want to be close to Lake Cumberland.
