Wonderful caring staff! Always very attentive and knowledgeable.
It's not the best around but certainly not the worst.
My mom has been at Jamestown for 10 months in the memory care unit. The caregivers there are kind, compassionate and caring people. They treat the residents as if they were their grandma or grandpa. It’s sad to see my mom with dementia, but am so happy that not once has she asked to go home. That gives me peace when I walk out the door after each visit.
I have been trying desperately for two years to get my brother some help. He is recovering from drug and alcohol addiction at a young age of 53. He has been recently diagnosed with alcohol dementia a several other disabilities. He is unable to hold a job and also care for himself. I have reached out to multiple facilities, programs, and resources to try to get him assistance only to be turned down over and over again.
