My husband was there for nine weeks after a fall. The new Director( first name Kelvin) had just come to try to sort out what the problems were, so we probably were there at its worst point. My husband came home the day before Thanksgiving 2024. The Physical Therapy Director was absolutely the biggest problem there. She tried to send my husband home after three weeks even though insurance would cover much longer. Staff was super amazing and easy to work with.
My grandma received excellent care here. The staff were kind, attentive, and compassionate, and the facility was always clean. Our family was very thankful for the support and love she was given.
Jamestown is a very safe and fun environment for our beloved elders. The amount of kindness and love and thought put into the care the staff gives is impeccable. Staff is always friendly with smiling faces. Tons of fun activities and games done daily. And issues or concerns are taken seriously in that specific moment. Would definitely recommend to work or place a loved one.
