Spoke to this guy on Saturday during posted business hours, said he was closed an hour before posted closing time. Told me come by Monday morning. Well I'm here Monday morning a half hour after posted opening time and all the lights are out and the door is locked. I guess nobody wants to work anymore

I’ve never experienced such poor customer service and quality from a company. Do not work with Henry. He failed to advise us that all of his shower doors will shake vigorously when opened or closed. The glass is not safe for kids. He also sent us the wrong address to send the deposit, his assistant wrote the wrong address and he started to blame me and insisted on a new check immediately. I even gave him proof his associate gave me the wrong address and I wanted to wait for the check to be returned before I mailed a new one ... read more
Jamestown Glass Inc. installed our shower walls and door. Their estimator call within a two days and he was very professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions. Their price was the best of five . Their lead time to install was faster than the other companies . The installer came as scheduled and did a great job. The glass fit with precision.
