This place was great until it was bought by inspire. Now they try to change the rules and the leases without having you sign anything new. There are multiple lawsuits against them right now. There of the opinion that they do not have to follow the law, they told me that today. They used copy paste form letters that don't adhere to Florida law, and they fail to post anything or hand it to you as is required. They send illegal threats to your door whenever they feel like it.

I’ve called over and over again about the stray cats roaming the neighborhood, they have pissed throughout my yard, my door mat, my car, as well as SCRATCHED my brand new car!! They climb all over my house at night and dig their way under my house. Management told me they would get maintenance to spray my yard for the extremely foul odor but they have YET to do so and refuse to call me back. Residents shouldn’t have to be financially responsible for a management problem.
