We sold our original Oak Forest home to Jamestown and the process couldn’t have been easier. Victoria has been patient with us and great to work with and she has even taken care of several packages that arrived at the house after we moved away. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to sell to them!
We are currently in the process of building a home with Jamestown and are so happy with how things are going! The team has been great! We work closely with Victoria, Lea, and Dallas. This is our first time building a custom home and the team has expertly walked us through each step of the process, making it much less overwhelming than we anticipated. The showroom is beautiful and there are a great variety of samples to "play with." Highly recommend using Jamestown!
Jamestown built our house 9 years ago and we still keep in touch with Vicky. I have asked for several recommendations for various skills, specifically epoxy flooring in the garage, enhancing the pantry , woodwork , wallpaper, etc. She always has excellent referrals and great advice. They are a family builder and I know we can always count on them.. excellent service and quality !
So somehow Jamestown keeps removing our reviews. 2 year old house and mold all throughout due to improper installation of ac units and ducts. 5 hp motors in grate for 8 ft doors. Backyard not graded properly, electrical not up to code. Flashing caused flooding in our office among other issues. This company likes to cut corners. If you have this post removed I will post again tomorrow and the next day
