They are very rude, the do not know the guidelines of there I own company. They did not offer me supports that were available to me. The supervisor was very demeaning to me and I was in regards to information that she was incorrect about.
Very lazy employees who follow strange policies. After forcing Jamestown residents to use specific garbage containers, they have refused to pick up my garbage twice because the lid was slightly ajar. Instead, they left a pink sticker that states their policies. The worst part is that if you have more garbage than your assigned can can handle, you have to rent another one from Jamestown BPU. Customer Service is below sub par and I have been constantly greeted by rude and angry workers.

Jamestown BPU continues to work through implementation of a new garbage collection system. There are some rules and expectations that we have been working through with all our customers over the past two weeks. Information has been released and we are available to answer any questions or listen to specific customer concerns as they contact us directly. We will continue to work with our customers to create a system that works for both our customers as well as our workers.
