I gave the other owners the 5 stars. I honestly don't know why these owners or managers have raised the rent so much. I think they're a bit stingy. I'm in the process of buying a house because between now and the end of the contract, they're going to want me to pay more than $2,000.
I don't recommend these apartments!!! I am a family member of one of their tenant's that will soon be moving out. So I also know most of the tenant's that live here. The things management does to the people living here isn't right. Right now they have a maneger name Gizelle Lewis that is extremely rude, she doesn't answer emails or phone calls from tenant's even though we see her here in the apartments until late. I currently live in these apartments. I DON'T recommend them at ALL!! I'm trying to move out. I've sent them emails, I've called and they never answered and or returned our calls. My rent goes up about every 3 months. I pay $1752.00 for an apartment that isn't remodel. They just sent me an email for a new lease again but they didn't send any information on how much am I going to pay. If you want your rent to raise my 200.00 every renewal then move in. Not worth it. There has to be cap for the greedy
