Was originally called Three Coins Apartments back in the 70s and 80s. My wife and I lived there for about 2 years from '82 to '84. This was our very first place together. I think we paid around $220/month for a 2/1 back then. It seems management has never been great, it kinda lacked back then too. I did love swimming in the pool and being close to DeVry back when it was at 24th St and Indian School. Lots of young students then, fun times...
I made two work orders to get my Ac fixed. Its so hot and still haven't gotten fixed! Disappointed.
Do not move here! This PEM management is horrible. Rude and petty. Every other day they leave nasty notes on your door threatening to fine you over and over for petty things like having a satellite dish, having more than 3 plants, claiming your patio is not designer enough for them. The ghetto maintenance peeks into your patio and windows daily looking for something to fine you for. Funny thing is having lived here with the previous management. This never happened.
