At our AGM, Taya displayed her consummate skills by being knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and dedicated to the best interests of our strata scheme. Taya's professionalism ensured that the audience was attentive, received comprehensive explanations, and her responses were on point, keeping everyone engaged.

I've been a part of our Strata Community for over 25 years, when the Strata Managers were a family business. I've been involved on the Strata Committee and I've largely enjoyed the experience of a small community. Jamesons Strata Management Wollongong took the family business; along with their employees, owners, residents and provided a highly professional, supportive culture.
We have been very loyal and finally we have a professional, knowledgeable manager who can give great advice and guidance
Our Strata Manager is Taya H, and I find her to be professional, honest, and prompt with her responsibilities. Since we met up with her in person when she took over our Plan, the overall satisfaction level among SC Members has risen dramatically. This certainly makes life much easier.
