Our Strata Manager is Taya H, and I find her to be professional, honest, and prompt with her responsibilities. Since we met up with her in person when she took over our Plan, the overall satisfaction level among SC Members has risen dramatically. This certainly makes life much easier.
This company took over the strata at our building and they have now threatened me with legal action for not paying a bill. I am happy to pay the bill but I would love to actually speak to a representative before just paying bills. The issue is they do not actually answer their phones and send emails with no reply so it's hard to get in contact with them.
Jamesons took over from Chris Derby at our unit block. The transition was awful. I've never dealt with a less organised company before. Never knew what was going on, constantly dealt with different people, no recollection of who the residents are and where we live and very little support for managing trades and repairs. Could not recommend them less.
Natalie Wallace has been the strata manager for my strata plan for an extended period of time. Natalie has always been extremely reliable, honest, transparent, prompt, and just great at her job. While I myself don't work as a strata manager, I can see even from afar that the job Natalie does is an important one and managing the amount of strata plans that she have would be a challenging and difficult task at times.
