Stay away from this strata company at all costs! This is by far the worst strata management company I have ever dealt with. Christina Hahn and her team are arrogant, unprofessional, and completely out of touch with basic customer service. They do not communicate, they do not try to resolve issues, and they treat owners with zero respect. Rather than communicating or working with owners, they immediately escalate matters to court — even for small amounts owing — without proper notice or reasonable attempts to resolve issues. We have been with Jamesons for the last 5 years and have had a great working relationship with them. They have supported our building with accurate advice on all things including by-laws and legal issues. They show a conscientious preparedness to work with and through issues that affect our strata. We have just resigned our contract because we can trust them to do the right thing by us.
